The at home workout

Our bodies are amazing creations designed to move!  For example, I can teach multiple fitness classes and feel great the next day.  Lazy weekend days spent on the couch with my husband and cat , and I wake up feeling achy and tight.  This is what I call being sore from doing nothing.  Do your best to be active everyday in order to keep your body lean and to simply feel good! This workout I have put together for y’all is designed to be completed in about 30 minutes and requires no equipment.  So on the next rainy Saturday when you do not want to leave the comforts of home, go ahead and keep your scrunchie and coffee stained sweat pants on, throw on your favorite tunes, and give this workout a whirl.
